Group Orders
Request a Group Order:
On Group orders are especially useful for class projects or presentation events. A group order is customized for each group.
Benefits of a Group Order
- Discounted costs (for 10 or more posters)
- Timeline is established and locked in
- Updates provided to organizer as needed
- Organizer can request a final summary
- Budget receives one bill for entire group/project
Turnaround Times
A production timeline is coordinated by UW Poster staff and communicated along with confirmation of your group order. Generally, group orders have a one week turnaround time from the target cutoff date to the date of pickup. Orders of 30 or more posters may require up two weeks turnaround time.
Process
As of January 2024, due to limited website support we are unable to provide a custom group order page for submissions.
After your group request has been received, the organizer will gather the poster files in a OneDrive folder. On the cutoff date, the folder is shared with UW Poster and we will begin printing your order.
Once the posters are complete the group organizer (or designated pickup person) will be notified that the order is ready for pickup. We try to have boxes on hand to make your order easier to carry. If you have a large order we recommend bringing along a cart or someone to help transport your posters.
