Revise Your Order

Please note you can only revise your order when it is at the “Proof Ready” status. Once you have reviewed your proof and confirmed to “Go Final” an order cannot be revised. To confirm your order status, you can check the My Account page.

Order number can be found on your My Account page or on your email confirmation.

  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, pdf, , Max. file size: 8 GB.
  • If you need to revise any other order details (size, border trim, etc.) please provide them here. To cancel an order, please e-mail us at uwposter@uw.edu.

UW Poster files are kept for two weeks after the order is closed. UW Poster is not responsible for retaining or retrieving files from orders older than two weeks.
