As we are a custom print shop, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for our services unless your UW Worktag was charged in error.
If you find a sizable defect, such as a tear in your poster or a ink smudge that is obscuring the content of your poster, we may reprint your poster free of charge. The defect must not be something that has been embedded in the PDF. If you requested your poster to be sent by campus mail and it does not arrive within five business days, we can reprint your poster, but we will require in-person pick-up.
Reprint Policy
We only reprint posters if they are lost or damaged. If you need us to reprint your poster, send us an email at uwposter@uw.edu with a photo of the damages. If it is judged that a reprint will be required, we will reprint your poster and notify you immediately for in-person pick-up.
If you poster was lost in campus mail, please inform us after five business days so that we may reprint your poster for immediate pick-up. The customer must come and pick-up their poster in-person or designate someone to pick-up their poster in their steed.
